2 cups almond flour
2 tbs coconut flour
4 eggs
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup raw honey
2 tbs flax seed meal
1 tbs arrowroot
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly grease a donut pan with butter or oil
Place all dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, flax seed meal, arrowroot, baking soda, and salt) in a food processor. Process for 1 minute to mix.
Add all wet ingredients (eggs, apple cider vinegar, honey) to food processor and mix until well blended.
Place a 1/4 cup measure of the batter into each donut slot.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let them cool completely before slicing.
