2/3 c water
1/2 c dry mustard powder
2 tbs + 2 tsp white vinegar
4 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs grated ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
Juice 1 lime
1 tbs honey
3 shakes of hot sauce
1 yellow onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
2 green onions, diced
2 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tbs oil
1/2 tbs sesame oil
salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
On a baking dish, spread the vegetables and garlic evenly in a single layer after tossing in oil & sesame oil.
Season with salt & pepper to taste
Bake 20 minutes
Allow to cool
In a blender, combine roasted vegetables to the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth
