You see something you didn’t even know existed before
It’s about some product you had no idea about ?
You had never even thought about it
But now it’s on sale ?
You can’t get it out of your mind 
And you have to have it 
Talk about something that could be stressful! 
Do you have buyer’s remorse? 
A way to de-stress it…
To try to refrain from clicking on thos
e kinds of emails 
Remember our gadget discussion the other day?
Where you buy all this stuff you don’t really use? ?
And don’t even need and now you have to go through the exercise of getting rid of it all?
This is one place that some of that stuff comes from
Not just walking through a big box store and getting excited about gadgets
A lot of them you hear about on infomercials and emails
Can you clean up your email list so that you don’t get these emails anymore?
Or is this list one that you really don’t need to be a part of any longer? 
Maybe you did it one time, but not now
Can you unsubscribe from them?
That will also save you time when you’re checking your email
You won’t have to dig through them all because there won’t be as much email in your inbox
You’ll only have important ones in there
It will also save your budget. 
This is the real de-stressing part.
You don’t need to spend unnecessary money 
Then realize a week later you needed that money for something else
You shouldn’t have bought that gadget or don’t even need it
And now what do you do? it’s too late! ?
Rather than create that stress for yourself 
Can you just get rid of these emails that come in your inbox advertising this and advertising that?
All because you joined a list that you really don’t even need to be on anymore
I’ve been cleaning out my email
Getting off lists that I don’t need to be on anymore
