What if you’re making adjustments to your diet
And one of the things besides no dairy is no soy and no canola
What do you do for mayonnaise and salad dressings in that case?
I found a company called Primal Kitchen
It was started by Mark Sisson
He was an endurance athlete, and he realized he had an inflammatory diet
He did a lot of research and experimenting
He blogged about what he found
The changes he was making
And he eventually created a company called Primal Kitchen
He makes products that don’t have any soy or canola
I’ve got two of them here
One of them is a mayonnaise substitute
It’s made out of avocado oil,
There’s no canola oil, no soy
It does have eggs, so it’s not vegan
And it’s sugar-free
This is my mayonnaise substitute so that I can stay away from soy and canola
Then another product that he has is salad dressings
Ranch was always my favorite salad dressing
But trying to find ranch that wasn’t dairy and also wasn’t canola oil was pretty difficult
He’s got a line of salad dressings at Primal Kitchen that doesn’t have any soy, or any canola oil
If you’re adjusting your diet to no soy and no canola as well as no dairy
Then you’ve got a couple of choices here
I would say give it a try
See if it fits your taste buds
It will fit a diet that is dairy-free and soy-free because they’re based on avocado oil.
