12 oz berries, if large chop into bite-size pieces
1/2 c softened vegan butter substitute
1/2 c almond flour
1/4 c sweetener
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
Place berries in a shallow baking dish
In a medium bowl, beat the butter and sweetener until creamy.
Add in eggs, vanilla and salt. Beat until blended.
Mix the baking powder into the almond flour.
Add the flour mixture into the egg mixture.
Dollop large spoonfuls over the fruit.
Spread even as best as possible.
Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes
