You get to set your own hours
You can decide when you’re gonna teach class and when you’re not

I’m not talking about writing novels
But you could write curriculum for different schools for classes
And sell your curriculums or get paid for doing it for them
You could also write city guides for different tours and groups where you talk about
What are the cool things to go see in that city
What are the cool restaurants to go eat
What are the cool places to take the
Work with the tourism board and put together some of their city guides
A project manager 
Where you can manage any kind of project
Museum archives ?
A lot of museums have people that just manage their archives
Keep things cataloged
Sign language interpreters 
There are people out there looking to have sign language put on videos they made
So that they can be offered to the deaf community
A notary ?
Notaries get to make their own hours as well
You can be mobile and not sitting in an office all the time
A bilingual assistant ?
Do language translation for videos or written articles
A transcriptionist ✍️
Transcribes videos for people, or medical dictation
A Bookkeeper 
Keeping the books from a small company may be part-time work, a little here, a little there.
The last one…online marketing 
That also can be part-time
Work when you want and not when you don’t.

Think about what your personal skills are
