Yogurt… I love yogurt but don’t eat dairy anymore ?
What do you do for a dairy yogurt substitute?
It’s a really quick snack sometimes when you want something a little sweet
It’s also a good to have with breakfast
But if you don’t have dairy in your diet any longer, how do you eat yogurt? 

Well, there are a lot of almond milk, cashew milk, and coconut milk yogurts on the market now
I would try them all
That’s what I did
I bought the same flavor…strawberry…from every brand 

I compared the texture and the flavor
I compared the almond milk to the coconut milk to the cashew milk versions
And my winner? 

The one that I like the best is Forager Project
It’s cashewgurt
Yogurt made from cashews, from cashew milk
I’m not big on coconut… just the flavor, it’s not my thing ?
So, I ruled out all the coconut milk ones because of that
The almond milk ones are a little thicker, more custardy, but they were also a little more gritty
Because almonds, even if you grind them, don’t get completely smooth
Cashews, though … can get creamy just like I remember dairy yogurt being
