Excess eggs… ??????
When you have a hen house,
And you’ve got more chickens that produce eggs than you actually need
You end up with something kind of like this. 
So the factory doesn’t stop…the egg factory just doesn’t stop.
The hens do their thing 
And you end up with a bunch of eggs
So what do you do with them?
Some of the things that I’ve found that use up the most eggs…
Make desserts…Angel food cake from scratch uses a lot of eggs. 
So does banana bread. 
Breakfast casseroles…
So whether you do it Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean,
You can flavor it any way you’d like. ???
If you use an eight-by-eight, or even a nine-by-thirteen pan, you can use up a good dozen eggs.
Another thing that uses up a good amount of eggs is egg salad.
And you can flavor that up different ways by putting different things in it, like crunchy vegetables like celery. ?? 
Or you could make it Mexican and put in some hot peppers, make it a little spicy.
So that is what I have found to do with my crazy, crazy extra eggs.
And I haven’t even collected eggs yet today. ?
So use up all your extra eggs because the egg factory just doesn’t have a stop button.
