If you are removing dairy from your diet
What do you do when you need to bake?
When you need to cook anything that you would have used butter? ?
What do you use instead and how do you get that same buttery taste that you’re used to?
But you don’t want to put the dairy back into your diet

I have found something….
It took me a long time to find this
I’ve just found it a few months ago

It tastes like butter ?
It melts like butter ?
It looks like butter ?
This is what I use from now on when I’m cooking
If I just want toast
And when I bake

So, I thought I would share this with you ?
I didn’t know this existed for the longest time
I kind of found it by accident ?
And then I realized it’s probably been in my grocery store all the time
I just didn’t know to look for it ?
But what a sweet find it is!

I thought I would share it with everyone in case it helps you on your journey removing dairy from your diet, and you need a really good butter substitute ?

It’s a cultured vegan butter
It is totally organic ?
It is coconut oil, filtered water, sunflower oil and cashews … simple ingredients
There’s a little bit of salt and a few other things, but it’s all stuff that you can name
It doesn’t have any funky chemical words ?

I thought I’d pass on my latest find to you in case you’re looking for a butter substitute because you’ve cut dairy out of your diet also. So try Miyoko’s Cultured Vegan Butter!

I hope this is valuable for you…
