Why one kind of diet might not be enough…

There are all different kinds of diets…
Clean Eating ? ?
Paleo ??
Plant-based ?
AlkalineSo what does all this mean? ?

Clean Eating …
Nothing is processed
It’s all in its natural state.

Paleo …
Going back to the caveman days
Eating what was naturally available
… game meat, not farm-raised or ranch-raised meat ??
… vegetables ? ?
… anything you could gather on the land… fruits, nuts, seeds ? ? ?

Plant-based …
Mostly green vegetables ?
Anything that grows above the ground, usually not root vegetables
No meat
Sometimes seeds and nuts … some nuts grow above ground, and others grow below ground

Alkaline diet …
Alkaline foods … it’s not that the food itself is necessarily alkaline or acid
It’s the way your body treats it on the inside … does it turn your body alkaline or acid on the inside?
And there is a theory in the medical world that cancer cannot grow in an alkaline environment
That’s what is pushing the alkaline diet to becoming popular and trendy ?

What I do is actually a combination, a little bit of all of it
I eat as naturally as possible
I stick to the plant-based ?
I don’t eat meats ?
I don’t eat grains  ?
I don’t eat dairy ?
I’m not vegan, though, because I do eat honey and eggs ??

When I’m picking my fruits and vegetables I follow the alkaline list
So I kind of do a combination of all of them

Consult with your doctor  ?
Pick the best parts out of each one of them
Make up the best diet for you
